Follow these steps for a successful Offspring & Office(DE) setup.

We recommend using unbanned DCs but Residential proxies should work as well, they're just slower.
They drop randomly throughout the day and it is mostly never a scheduled drop, you will need to keep an eye out on monitors and pings. However, they usually do drop on the day the shoe releases and restock the day(s) after.
They cancel multiples, even when jigged as they go through orders manually, so it is strictly 1 order per address.
Shipments are sent from the UK, if you live in the EU/US you will need to pay import costs, keep that in mind.
