Mass profile import (CSV)

Guiding you through the CSV profile import process.

Step 1: Download the CSV file.

Download the following CSV and use Rons CSV Editor, it's free and easier than Excel.

Step 2: Fill in the CSV file.

Open the file, and you'll be greeted with the example profiles, use these to understand how to fill in each field. Everything is fairly straight forward and each line will represent one profile. Please remember to remove all the example lines when making your own profiles, you only need to keep the titles.

• You can make use of our JIGGING methods, or can just use "XXX" for a generic 3-letter jig, for example: "XXX" = "ABC".
• If you add a password in the password field it will automatically make an account group with your email and password combination.

• If you set shippingAsBilling to TRUE you don't have to fill in the billing fields.

Step 3: Import into Polaris

Once you're done with filling in the CSV you can save the file and then drag and drop it into Polaris, see below for example. If it isn't working for you, it means there is something wrong with your file like empty lines or unsupported characters, etc. Open a ticket in our Discord if you can't figure it out.
